Delivery Policy:

If you have placed your order via whatsapp, you may collect it from any of our stores free of charge.

For online orders, processing of your order will only begin once payment has reflected in our account. Please note that payment may take up to 48hrs to reflect depending on your chosen bank. Please allow 1-3 working days, depending on the size of your order for processing and packaging.

All our deliveries are sent via a third party courier service, Fastway Couriers. Once Fastway has collected your order from our stores, please allow 1-5 working days for delivery depending on your area. Once your parcel is collected from our store, you will receive a tracking number. Please use this number to track your parcels delivery progress online at www.fastway.co.za or by calling the Durban Fastway Depot on 0313310488.

Shipping rates calculated at checkout are based on final weight.

We require a physical address to process online orders for deliveries, PO Box addresses will not be permitted.
